SHIPPING POLICY

All jackets are made to order. We aim to dispatch all orders within 5-10 working days, and most customers receive their jackets within 2 weeks from placing the order.

UK Shipping:

Tracked delivery via Royal Mail or Evri. You will receive a tracking number once your item is on the way.

International Shipping:

We currently offer international delivery at a fixed rate, calculated at checkout depending on location. All international orders are sent via tracked services.

Custom Orders:

Some highly detailed custom jackets may take slightly longer - but we'll always keep you updated if there are any delays.

Delays:

We are not responsible for postal delays, customs hold-ups, or strikes. If your jacket hasn't arrived after 3 weeks (UK) or 5 weeks (International), please contact us so we can investigate.
