REFUND POLICY

All jackets from Jakes Pocket are handmade and made to order, which means we do not offer refunds, unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

Please check sizing, spelling (for personalisation) and custom details carefully before placing your order.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

If your jacket arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos . We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly - either through repair, replacement or refund if necessary

No Returns on Custom Orders:

As each jacket is custom-made just for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. Every piece is unique and created with care.
